Unfamiliar with a holy hour? A holy hour, highly encouraged by Mother Teresa and other awesome people, is basically an hour or so spent chilling out with God, physically present in the Eucharist. Just show up at the chapel. No pressure to do anything in particular except be present. You can pray silently, reflect, sing, relax, and/or simply look at God and let God look at you for a while. Our holy hours feature a short talk, some pretty darn good music, and confession for those who want to confess (anonymous or face-to-face).
